Levi Roots served up a tasty Caribbean fish dish with hake, onions and peppers on This Morning.
the ingredients are: ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp ground pepper, 2 spring onions, trimmed, 4 sprigs of thyme, 1 hot red chilli, Juice of ½ lime, Oil for greasing, 4 x 200g thick hake fillet portions, skin on, (ideally Scotch bonnet), deseeded and thinly sliced, 1 tbsp olive oil, to glaze (optional), 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 green pepper, deseeded and cut into thin strips, 1 yellow pepper, deseeded and cut into 2.5cm chunks, 1 orange pepper, deseeded and cut into 2.5cm chunks, 1 red onion, cut into 2.5cm chunks, 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, 1 hot chilli (ideally Scotch bonnet), deseeded and thinly sliced and 2 tsp cider vinegar.
