Lisa Faulkner sausage sourdough bake with new potatoes recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Lisa Faulkner served up a tasty sausage with new potatoes sourdough bake on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 8 sausages, 2 red onions, cut into wedges (leave the root so that they stay together), 2 cloves of garlic, smacked and left in skins, 500g new potatoes, cut in half if big, Good drizzle olive oil, 200g sourdough bread, roughly torn into 2.5cm pieces, 150ml chicken stock, Handful flat leaf parsley, chopped and Salt and pepper.
