John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a tasty spaghetti carbonara with a mozzarella salad on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients: 250g smoked bacon or pancetta, cut into batons, Salt, 1tbsp olive oil, 2tbsps vegetable oil, 1 tsp ground pepper, 600g pasta, 2 large organic egg yolks, 100g grated fresh Parmesan and Handful of parsley, chopped.
For the Mozzarella Salad: Mozzarella in water, Bunch of basil, Zest of one lemon and Olive oil.
