John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up delicious vegetarian spinach and ricotta rolls on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 25g butter, 350g spinach, salt and pepper, pinch nutmeg, optional, 500g ricotta cheese, 2 egg yolks, 30g flour and Poppy seeds.
