Nisha Katona served up tasty Breakfast broccoli and onion bhajis with a dipping sauce on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 200g gram flour, 2 tbsp rice flour, 3 tsp coriander powder, 2 tsp cumin powder, 3 garlic cloves pureed, 2 finely chopped green chilli – banana or finger-de seeded, 2/3 tsp salt to taste, sparkling water left to go just any bit flat, 2 tsp ajwain seeds, 1 tsp fresh thyme, 1 tbsp poppy seeds, 1 large white onion finely sliced, 9 stalks tenderstem broccoli – chopped into 4 cm lengths ish, large handful of coriander leaves and stalks finely chopped and lemon juice to garnish.
