Clodagh McKenna served up tasty gratin dauphinois potatoes on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1kg potatoes, peeled, butter (for greasing dish), 4 cloves of garlic, crushed, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, freshly grated, 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped, 500ml cream, 250ml milk, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
