Gregg Wallace and Kelly Saynor served up a tasty chicken katsu curry with oats on Eat Well For Less.
The ingredients are: 4 chicken breasts, skin removed, 2 free-range eggs, 150g porridge oats, 2 tsp rapeseed oil, 2 tsp ground turmeric, 1 tsp curry powder, 300g basmati rice, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
For the sauce: 1 tbsp rapeseed oil, 1 onion, finely chopped, 1 carrot, finely chopped, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 1 tbsp curry powder, 50g peanut butter, 500ml chicken stock, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 red chilli, seeds removed, finely chopped and 4 spring onions, thinly sliced, to garnish.
