Rachel Allen served up tasty Chinese Duck Puffs with a hoisin sauce for dipping on James Martin’s Saturday Mornings.
The ingredients are: 2 teaspoons finely grated ginger, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon sunflower oil, 3 tablespoons honey, 2 duck legs, skin on, 3 spring onions ,finely sliced, 600g puff pastry, A little flour, for dusting and 1 egg, beaten.
