Jamie Oliver served up tasty chestnut and turkey gravy with red onion marmalade for the festive season on Jamie’s Quick and Easy Christmas.
The ingredients are: higher-welfare turkey giblets , and sticky bits from your cooked turkey, 100 ml port, 240 g vac-packed or tinned chestnuts, 2 tablespoons onion marmalade and 1 litre organic chicken stock.
