Nadiya Hussain served up tasty and chunky halloumi chips for the festive season on Nadiya’s Party Feasts.
The ingredients are: 2 x 250g blocks halloumi cheese, each cut into 12 chips, 75g plain flour, 2 tsp paprika, 3 tsp garlic powder, 1 free-range egg, beaten and 1.5 litres vegetable oil, for frying.
For the garnish: 75ml soured cream, large pinch rock salt, 1 tsp za’atar, large handful fresh mint, roughly chopped, 1 tsp chilli flakes and 20g pomegranate seeds.
