Prue Leith ice cream and mincemeat pudding recipe on This Morning

Prue Leith put a twist on a classic Christmas pudding with her ice cream, mincemeat and brandy pudding on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 litre vanilla ice cream, 1 jars mincemeat, or three slices Christmas pudding, crumbled, 3 tablespoons rum or brandy and Sprig of holly.
