Simon Rimmer served up tasty chilli minced pork with brown rice, sour cream and pickle on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 450g minced pork, 1 chopped red onion, 2 cloves sliced garlic, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 4 tsp soy/tamari, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 225ml chicken stock, 10ml rice vinegar, 50g edamame beans, 400g cooked brown rice, 1 cucumber, half moons, no seeds, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 50ml rice vinegar, 6 sliced radish and 25g peanuts, roasted.
Serve with coriander, prawn crackers, sour cream.
