James Martin served up a tasty curried Parsnip Soup with parsnip crisps on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 600g parsnips, peeled and diced into a 1cm square (keep the peelings), 400ml full fat milk, Salt and pepper, Vegetable oil for frying and Pinch of curry powder.
To serve: Croutons to serve (optional), Peashoots and Cream, to drizzle.
