Tom Daley Olympic burger with eggs recipe on This Morning

Tom Daley served up tasty and healthy Olympic burgers with eggs, a side salad and a homemade ranch dip on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 250g minced beef, 3 sprigs of thyme, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp olive oil, plus extra for drizzling, 2 medium eggs, 2 wholemeal burgers, split, 2 baby gem lettuces, halved, 2 tomatoes on the vine, quartered and sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

For the dip: 2 spring onions, chopped, 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt and 50g Cheddar cheese or blue cheese.
