Simon Rimmer Halloumi and Gorgonzola Fritters recipe

Simon Rimmer served up tasty halloumi and gorgonzola fritters with hot tomato sauce on Sunday Brunch.

the ingredients are: 500ml whole milk, 200g tapioca, 150g grated halloumi, 50g crumbles gorgonzola, 20g chopped parsley and flour for dusting.

For the sauce: 100ml hot sauce, 100g ketchup and 25ml extra virgin olive oil.
