Angela Hartnett served up tasty chicken with chorizo and courgettes for Friday feast on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 large corn-fed chicken, jointed as above (Ask your butcher to joint the chicken into legs, thighs and breasts for you and cut the breasts in half), 3 tbsp olive oil, 3 red long peppers, cut length ways and chopped, 100g chorizo, peeled and sliced, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 1–2 tbsp sage, chopped, 2 tsp thyme, chopped, 1 lemon, Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
For the side: 2 yellow courgettes, roughly chopped, 2 green courgettes, roughly chopped, Mint leaves, picked, Olive oil, splash, Garlic and 1 lemon.
