Angela Hartnett served up a tasty summer panzanella (Italian tomato salad) on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 400g mixed tomatoes, chopped and 200g focaccia bread and basil and capers.
For the dressing: 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 6 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp mustard, 1 clove crushed garlic
Salt and pepper
Optional: anchovy fillets or grilled chicken thighs.
