Simon Rimmer served up tasty salt cod with honey on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 750g well rinsed, thick cut wet salt cod, cut into 50 mm cubes, 60g flour, 1 tsp dried yeast, 1 egg and approx. 75ml honey.
For the Aioli: 1 garlic clove, crushed, 1 yolk, 1 tsp Dijon, juice and zest of 1 lemon, approximately 500ml extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
