Beatriz showcased her paella in a bottle sauce (Sabor de Amor) on Top of the Shop with Tom Kerridge.

Beatriz make her sauce at home in Walse using her mother’s recipe. However, following comments from the judges that highlighted the fact that people may think that a whole paella meal is contained in the bottle, Beatriz renamed her bottled sauce to ‘Paella Sauce’.
