James Martin chicken with morel mushrooms recipe

James Martin served up tasty chicken with morel mushrooms on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 x 1.6 kilo corn fed chicken, cut into 8 pieces, 4 tbsp olive oil, 100ml white wine, 200ml double cream, 300ml white chicken stock, 200g baby onions, 50g butter, 5 egg yolks, 200g fresh morels, 200g button mushrooms, 1 small bunch tarragon and mashed potatoes to serve.
