James Martin pulled chicken burgers with BBQ sauce and chips recipe

James Martin served up tasty pulled chicken burgers in brioche buns with BBQ sauce, onions and chips on James martin’s Saturday Morning

The ingredients are: 400g cooked chicken, shredded.

For the BBQ sauce: 125g ketchup, 50ml soy sauce, 50g soft dark brown sugar, 2 tbsp Worcester sauce, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar, ¼ tsp (a dash) of Tabasco, 2 clove garlic crushed and 1 tsp Dijon mustard.

For the batter: 200g plain flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 5 g fresh yeast, 15ml white wine vinegar, 150ml beer and 1 large onion, peeled and sliced.

To serve: 4 brioche buns, toasted, 4 slices tomatoes, Little gem lettuce leaves, Vegetable oil for frying and 200g frozen chips for deep frying.
