Simon Rimmer Flour Free Chocolate and Almond Cake recipe

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious flour free chocolate and almond cake on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 160g chocolate, 150g butter, 4 eggs, separated, 100g sugar, 100g ground almonds, 1 tsp baking powder and 60ml dark spiced rum.

For topping: 50g choc, 2tbs water, 50g sugar and 25g butter.

To serve: creme fraiche and flaked, toasted almonds.
