James Martin serves up a tasty hot salmon salad with sesame seeds and a yuzu and soy sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Mornings.
The ingredients are: 200g salmon fillet, skin removed and 10ml sesame oil.
For the sauce: 15ml yuzu juice and 25ml soy sauce.
For the salad: 1 small bunch coriander, 1 small bunch mint, 50g rocket, 2 spring onions, sliced, 10g red chard, 10g amaranth and 10g red vein sorrel.
For the dressing: 15g palm sugar, 1 red chilli, finely chopped, 2 limes juice and zest, 1 garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped, 1 x 2 cm piece of ginger, grated, 50ml veg oil and 25ml soy sauce.
To garnish: 1 tsp sesame seeds, black and white.
