James Martin black bean prawns with egg fried rice recipe

James Martin serves up a easy to make black bean prawns with egg fried rice dish on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped, 2 tbsp ginger, peeled and chopped, 2 tbsp fermented beans, rinsed and crushed, 2 tbs Shoaxing wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 400g peeled and deveined raw prawns, Rice, 150g cooked, long grain rice, cooled, 2 eggs, 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 tsp soy sauce.

To serve: 6 spring onions, sliced and Coriander leaves.
