James Martin served up a tasty Louisiana crab and sweetcorn soup with fritters on James Martin’s American Adventure.

The ingredients for the soup include: celery, green bell pepper, white onion, flour, white wine, chicken stock, cream, ginger, fresh crab, sweet corn, salt and pepper and lime juice.

For the fritters: plain flour, baking powder, eggs, springs onion, sweet corn, milk, parsley, salt and pepper.
