The Bikers served up tasty garlic and chilli prawns as part of a tapas feast on the Hairy Bikers’ Mediterranean Adventure.
The ingredients are: 600g whole king prawns (around 24 medium), 150ml olive oil, 4 garlic cloves, very finely chopped, 3 tbsp very finely chopped parsley leaves, generous pinch dried red chilli flakes and sea salt.
To serve: lemon wedges and bread (optional).
