Romy Gill served up a tasty turmeric roast chicken with roasted sweet potato chips on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 1.5 kilo whole chicken.
For the paste: 8 cloves of garlic, peeled, 4 green chillies, 20g ginger, 1 small bunch of fresh coriander, 2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 100ml coconut milk and 1 tsp Maldon salt.
