John Torode served up glazed Christmas ham with brandy for the festive season on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 Large Ham on the Bone, approx 6-8 kg, 12 whole cloves, 300g soft brown sugar, 100mls Maple Syrup, 200g apricot jam, 100mls brandy and 100g Dijon Mustard.
