Simon Rimmer served up a tasty creamy beans and onions on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1kg green beans (no need to trim the tail) blanched and cooled, 50ml olive oil, 30g butter, 5 thyme sprigs, 30g flour, 4 cloves sliced garlic, 75g finely grated parmesan, 225ml cream, 300ml milk and 200g caramelized onions.
