Mary Berry served up pan fried breast of duck with apple and calvados sauce on Mary Berry’s Country House Secrets.
The ingredients are: 4 duck breasts, oil for frying, salt and pepper to season.
For the apple and calvados sauce: butter, 2 sliced eating apples, 100ml calvados apple brandy, 100ml chicken stock, 200ml apple juice, juice from the fried duck breast, and 1 tsp corn flour.
