Mary Berry served up a delicious peach posset dessert on Mary Berry’s Country House Secrets.
The ingredients are: 4 just-ripe peaches, 2 tbsp brandy, 2 tbsp light muscovado sugar, 300ml double cream, 75g caster sugar, 1 large unwaxed lemon, finely grated zest and juice only and borage or mint leaves, to decorate.
