Paul Hollywood served up delicious millionaire’s shortbread with caramel and macadamia nuts topping on Paul Hollywood: A Baker’s Life.
The ingredients are: 150g butter, 75g caster sugar, 175g plain flour, 25g semolina and a pinch of salt.
For the caramel topping: 150g butter, 120g condensed milk, 60g golden syrup, 150g soft brown sugar, pinch of sea salt and a hand full of macadamia nuts.
