Anna Haugh served up a delicious yule log with chocolate ganache, strawberries and chestnut cream on Royal Recipes with Michael Buerk. This is said to be a favourite treat at Christmas for the Royal family.
The ingredients include:
For the chocolate ganache: chocolate, cream, butter and rum.
For the sponge: 5 eggs, sugar, coco, flour and mixed spices.
For the filling; cream, sugar chestnut puree and rum.
To serve: strawberries and icing sugar.
