Nigella Lawson served up a delicious Iberian inspired chocolate olive oil mousse dessert on Nigella: At My Table.
The ingredients are: 150g dark chocolate, 70% cocoa solids, roughly chopped, 100ml extra virgin olive oil, 4 large free-range eggs, at room temperature, separated, ¼ tsp sea salt flakes, plus a pinch and 50g caster sugar.
