Simon Rimmer and Russell Brand served up a apple, date and almond strudel on today’s episode of Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 750g British apples, peeled and chopped, 5g ground cinnamon, 100g ground almonds, 100g chopped medjool dates, zest 1 lemon, 100g sugar, 6 sheets filo, 100g melted butter and icing sugar to garnish.
To serve: Ice cream or coconut yoghurt.
