It’s Bread Week on The Great British Bake Off and Paul Hollywood has set the remaining bakers the task of baking a cottage loaf to his recipe for their technical challenge.

Paul says: “The loaf is a two tier bake that is smaller on the top and larger at the bottom but must be both held together and evenly baked all around.”
