James Martin Quiche with tomatoes and Lincolnshire Poacher cheese recipe

James Martin served up quiche with tomatoes and Lincolnshire Poacher cheese on Saturday Morning with James Martin.

The ingredients for the pastry: 250g plain flour, 150g butter, cold and diced, 1 tsp fine salt, 1 egg and 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped.

For the filling: 4 egg yolks, 400ml double cream, 4 tomatoes, halved, 200g grated Lincolnshire poacher cheese, salt and pepper.
