James Martin served up sirloin with beetroot and broad bean salad on Saturday Morning with James Martin.
The ingredients are: 3 sirloin steaks, 2 tsp black treacle, Salt and pepper, 100g salad leaves, 200g broad beans, blanched, 100g buffalo mozzarella cheese, shredded, Small handful mint leaves, chopped and 300g cooked beetroot, quartered.
For the dressing: 1 tbs Dijon mustard, 2 tbs white wine vinegar, 6 tbs veg oil, 1 tsp water and Salt and pepper.
