Nigel Barden served up a Sicilian chicken with citrus and olives dish on BBC Radio 2 Drivetime.
The ingredients are: 2 unwaxed oranges, 1 unwaxed lemon, 6 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra for brushing, 1 clove garlic, 1 free-range chicken, jointed, or 8 thighs, 100g green olives, 1 sprig of fresh oregano or marjoram and salt and freshly ground black pepper.
