John Torode served up corn chip chicken with creme fraiche, crisps and a quick slaw on This Morning.
The ingredients for the chicken: 200ml crème fraiche, 1 egg, beaten, 4 large skinless and boneless chicken breasts, 1 x 200g bag of tortilla chips (you can also use plain crisps or rice crispies) and 100ml vegetable oil.
For the quick slaw: 4 tablespoons olive oil, ½ green cabbage, shredded as finely as possible, Freshly ground black pepper and 50g parmesan shavings.
