Dale’s spaghetti Bolognese recipe on Eat, Shop, Save

Dale Pinnock served up spaghetti Bolognese with whole wheat spaghetti for the Smith family from Dudley on Eat, Shop, Save.

The ingredients are: 1 large red onion, finely chopped, 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped, 1 red pepper, finely chopped, 800g chopped tomatoes, 500g of lean beef mince, 180g dry red lentils and 500g of whole wheat spaghetti.
