The ingredients for the stir-fried prawns: 4 cloves garlic, 1.5 cm root ginger, 4 spring onions, 3 Red chilli, 3 sticks of celery, Small cucumber, Can of water chestnuts, 2 small red onions, Small bag fresh peas, 1 bamboo shoot (whole not sliced), 1½ tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine, 15 shelled, medium sized King prawns, chopped into a mince, Light soy sauce, Dark soy sauce, Fish sauce, Salt and white Pepper, Sesame oil.
