The ingredients are: 1 Red Onion, 2-3 Garlic cloves, 2 Green Chilies, 300g Beef Mince, 2 tinned chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp Ground Cumin, 1 tsp smoked Paprika, 1 tin mixed beans and Brown Rice or Pasta.
