Bryn Williams served up pan fried salmon with curried mussels on Yes Chef.
The ingredients for the salmon are: 4 x 125g pieces salmon fillet, skin on and 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
For the mussels: 1kg mussels, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 onion, chopped, small bunch parsley, chopped, salt and freshly ground black pepper and 225ml white wine.
For the sauce: 50g butter, 1 onion, diced, 1 medium carrot, diced, 1 celery stick, trimmed and diced, 1 tsp medium curry powder, 150ml double cream, 115g potatoes, peeled and diced, 1 tbsp chopped chives and ½ lemon, juice only.
