Brian Turner has come up with another interest turkey recipe as part of his turkey recipe challenge on Christmas Kitchen with James martin.
Brian makes his dumplings by blending shallots, spring onions, garlic, ginger, chilli and mushrooms together to form a smooth purée.
He transfers the mixture to a bowl and then adds minced turkey, Worcestershire sauce and lemon zest, and mixed adding salt and pepper to season.
He rolls the remaining mixture into evenly sized balls and rest them in the fridge for a while before frying in vegetable oil until golden-brown all over and well cooked.
Brian adds sliced cabbage to the dish and continue to fry before adding chicken stock, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and cornflour.
