Rosemary Shrager vegetarian curry with spiced rice recipe on Chopping Block

Rosemary Shrager served up a vegetarian curry with spiced rice and puris to mark World Food Day on Chopping Block.

The ingredients include: mustard seeds, cardamon, curry leaves, chopped onions, garlic ginger, turmeric, cumin chilliea, tomatoes,garam masala, vegetable stock, potatoes, aubergines, coconut milk, spinach and coriander.
