Gino D’Acampo served up steak with brandy, white wine and green peppercorn sauce on today’s episode of This Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper, 2 steaks, about 150g each, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 knobs of butter, 2 tbsp Brandy, 2 tbsp dry white wine, 50ml beef stock, 1 tbsp green peppercorns in brine, drained, 70ml double cream, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
