Mary Berry served up homemade pizza with Parma ham and goats’ cheese on Mary Berry Everyday.
The ingredients for the dough are: 250g strong white flour, plus extra for dusting, 1 tsp fast action dried yeast, 1 small garlic clove, crushed, ½ tsp salt and 1 tbsp olive oil.
For the topping: 1 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for drizzling, 2 onions, thinly sliced, 1 tbsp light brown muscovado sugar, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 200ml passata, seasoned with salt and pepper, 8 slices Parma ham, 200g soft goats’ cheese and basil leaves, to garnish.
