Mary Berry served up a artichoke and garlic dip with quails eggs, prawns, lettuce and beetroot hummus on Mary Berry Everyday.
Mary says: “This recipe is a wonderful addition to a sharing platter, a heavenly artichoke dip that is really easy to make and perfect for feeding a crowd.”
The ingredients for the dip are: 200g light mayonnaise, 150g sour cream, 100g matured cheddar cheese, 25g Parmesan, 1/4 onion, 2 cloves garlic, tinned artichoke, salt and pepper for seasoning.
