Anna Haugh served up a andrassy pudding with chocolate sauce on Royal Recipes with Michael Buerk.

The chocolate souffle dessert is said to be a favourite of Prince Phillip and it was created by accident when a Royal chef ruined a souffle he was trying to make for the Royal family.
